You will receive your gift card as a PDF file via the email address used during purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for the email to arrive.
How do I use my gift card?

- During checkout, select “Gift Card” as your payment method.
Enter the card number and control code, then click “Apply.”

Online purchase: In the PDF sent to your email
Physical card: On the back of the card
- Complete your payment
- Continue checkout to see the updated total.
- Please note that you may not see the reduced price until you proceed to the final step of checkout.
Validity: The expiration date is stated on the gift card. Please ensure it is still valid before use.
How many gift cards can I add to my purchase?
You can use up to 5 gift cards per order. The maximum total purchase amount is €150
Can I combine a gift card payment with other payment methods?
Yes, you can combine a gift card with:
- PayPal
- Credit card
It is not possible to combine a gift card with:
- Klarna invoice
- Klarna account payments
How will I be refunded if I return items purchased with a gift card?
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
- Paid full amount with gift card:
→ You will receive a new gift card with the refunded amount - Paid with gift card + another method:
→ The other payment method is refunded first
→ Any remaining amount is refunded as a new gift card
Can I cancel a lost gift card?
Unfortunately, lost gift cards cannot be cancelled or replaced.
Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?
No, discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card.
