Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Home Delivery (DHL NL)
If you choose home delivery, your package will be delivered to your doorstep: on weekdays between 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM and on Saturdays between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, DHL NL will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors and will, of course, leave a notification card in your mailbox.
If neither you nor your neighbors are available at the time of delivery, DHL NL will make two more delivery attempts. After each attempt, the courier will leave a notification card in your mailbox. This card will clearly explain how you can contact DHL NL to schedule a new delivery attempt on a specific day/time or have the package delivered to a DHL NL Parcelshop for self-pickup. You can also choose to have the package delivered to a different address.
If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be sent to a DHL NL pickup point.
If you do not collect your package within 14 calendar days, the store will return the package to us. The amount will then be refunded, and you will receive an email notification about this.
Delivery to Service Point (DHL NL / Mondial Relay)
When placing an order, you can choose from 1,000 different Parcelshops. Parcelshops are located in certain stores, and you can pick up your package there from Monday to Saturday.
You will receive an email or SMS when your package arrives at your chosen Parcelshop. Bring this email or SMS along with valid identification, such as a driver's license or passport, when picking up your package.
We will send you a reminder email if you have not yet picked up your package. After 14 business days, the package will be automatically returned to us. We will then process the refund and notify you via email.

Some carbon emissions are unavoidable, but they can be compensated for. DHL GoGreen supports climate compensation for global projects that meet the highest standards (Gold Standard). How does express delivery work?
Your parcel will be delivered to your residence by DHL Express.
Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or email from DHL informing you that your package is on its way. After delivery, DHL will also send you an SMS or email confirming that the delivery has occurred.
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a message in your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, DHL will return the parcel to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. You will receive another email confirming the refund.
Delivery Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday
Order before 17:00 → Next business day delivery.
Order after 17:00 → Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Friday - Saturday
Order before Saturday 22:00 → Delivery on Monday.
- Sunday
Orders placed on Sunday → Delivery on Tuesday.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
