We understand the importance of keeping your account information up-to-date, which is why we have made it easy for you to manage it yourself.
Here's how you can modify your profile details:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your profile section. Then go to the "User Profile"´tab.
- Here you can add your preferred payment method, and your delivery address and change your password.
- Click on "Edit" to modify any field.
Can I change the email connected to my account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to update your email.
In this case, we recommend that you create a new account with the desired email and delete your old account.
You can easily delete your account by logging into your account. Under the ‘User Profile’ tab, you'll find a button at the bottom called ‘delete account’.
If you can't log in to your account, you can request an account deletion through our privacy request form.
